We currently offer 9 different floor plans to choose from. We do often add new models throughout the year and can make a custom floor plan designed for your wants and needs on home orders of 25 or more. There are 16 different exterior color options and 2 decor options for the interior. Our standard features are over the top and many of the included features are upgrades at other manufacturing plants.
